David R. Jones
Vice President, EAME & CIS and Business Development
Mr. Jones is Trican’s Vice President, EAME & CIS and Business Development, responsible for overall operations and growth in Europe, Africa, the Middle East and the Commonwealth of Independent States. Mr. Jones joined the Company in July of 2002, with the responsibility for direction and growth of Trican’s Industrial and Pipeline service line. Mr. Jones later accepted the position of Vice President, Business Development, and was instrumental in Trican’s expansion into the Middle East and Latin America. Prior to joining Trican, Mr. Jones was a senior manager for a major oil and gas technology supplier, responsible for business development internationally. Mr. Jones has 25 years industry experience and is a graduate of the University of Saskatchewan.
General Director, LLL Trican Well Service
Dan Doll is the General Director of Trican Well Service in Russia. Mr. Doll joined Trican as Executive Director, Operations in 2011, and is now responsible for Trican’s overall operations in Russia.
Mr. Doll is a professional engineer with 20 years experience in the pressure pumping industry. He began his career as a field engineer, working offshore in the Gulf of Mexico in 1991. Since then, he has held various operational, technical and marketing positions and has a strong technical and operational background in cementing, fracturing, sand control and coiled tubing.
In additional to his operational experience, Mr. Doll has a strong background in international business, having worked in the United States, Equatorial Guinea, Kazakhstan, Nigeria, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Russia.
Deputy Director General of Legal Issues
Asiyat Idrisova has held the post of Deputy Director General of Legal Issues in LLC “Trican Well Service” since January 2010. Ms. Idrisova started working with Trican as a Lawyer in June of 2005 and was made Lead Lawyer in August 2007. In October 2007, she was put in charge of Legal Services for the Company as General Counsel, before being appointed Head of Legal Services in April 2009.
Prior to working with Trican, Ms. Idrisova had worked for the consulting group Center for Anti-Crisis Management “LEKS”, Tyumen city, where she provided bankruptcy procedures support services.
In 2004, Ms. Idrisova graduated from Tyumen State University, Institute of State and Law, specialty “Legal Studies” with honours. Throughout her employment she has received advanced training, and in 2010, she was trained in Quality Management and earned the qualification of Internal Auditor. At present, Ms. Idrisova deals with legal, labour, human resources and insurance issues with Trican.
Stanislav was appointed as the Technical Director of Trican Well Service LLC in January 2013. He is responsible for the technical and technological support for Trican operational activity in Russia.
In 1998, Stanislav graduated from Kazakh State University with the diploma in International Economic Relations. He started his career in the oil and gas industry in 1998 as a field engineer in coiled tubing in Kazakhstan. He received diverse technical training worldwide, including Reservoir Engineering at Tulsa University in Oklahoma, USA, and an MBA at the Edinburgh Business School in the UK.
Stanislav has held various positions in engineering and management, working on projects in Kazakhstan, Nigeria and Russia. In 2009, he joined Trican Well Service LLC as Technical Engineer – Coiled Tubing expert in the Vankorskoye field of the Krasnoyarsk region, and later became technical manager for Coiled Tubing both in Nizhnevartovsk and Moscow.
Stanislav published more than 20 technical articles dedicated to different process aspects of Coiled Tubing in Russia and abroad. He is an active editorial board member of CT Times magazine – Russian ICoTA branch.
Director, BD, Sales and Marketing
Sergey Zhivotovsky joined Trican Well Service LLC as the Director for Business Development, Sales and Marketing in April 2013. Sergey is responsible for the development of business plans, processes and strategies, business development and sales management, market research, and new projects startup.
Sergey graduated from Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas. During his studies he was awarded with several scholarships: RF Presidential scholarship, RF governmental scholarship, and Gubkin scholarship.
Sergey has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. He started his career in 1998 in Norilsk as an oil and gas production operator. After graduating from the university, Sergey started working as an engineer on geological and hydrodynamic modeling, and in several years’ time he held various management positions with oil field service companies. From 2008 to 2012, Sergey served as the Regional Manager of the Drill Bits, Coring and DH Tools Department, being responsible for Russian, Ukrainian and Belarus operations with major American OFS company.
Country Manager Trican Kazakhstan
Don McWhan has been with Trican Well Service since 2004 when he started as a Fracturing QA/QC manager in the Russian Operations. He then advanced to the position of Operations Manager for Russia, a position he held until September 2008, when he transferred to Trican Kazakhstan as Country Manager. Before joining Trican, Mr. McWhan worked for another major service company in quality management and held various leadership positions in Canada, Europe and the Middle East. His responsibilities with Trican are to oversee operations and business development of Trican Kazakhstan.
